葡萄園採南北向種植，這樣的佈局是為了讓果樹能夠紮根的深廣適中。這裡的氣候在夏季夜晚顯得稍涼，土壤則富含礦物質；土壤下方的砂質層，造就了天然的卓越排水功能。
The vineyard is planted to more or less North-South orientation and to row spacing of 2.8 m and plant spacing of 2.4m to allow for balanced plants when their root development is fully established. The sub region has slightly cooler nights in summer, even soils with high levels of available minerals, and incredible drainage due to the sand lying beneath the soil. 

葡萄於夜間及清晨，氣溫只有5度左右時，以機器採收，為了盡可能降低果皮與外界接觸的機會(以免影響風味)，採收後隨即迅速地將葡萄運往莊園，並立刻進行去梗與榨汁流程。接著，將天然酵母加入葡萄汁中，以12度低溫發酵三週後，將酒汁靜置、過濾後直接裝瓶。
The grapes were machine harvested during the night and very early morning at around 5° C. They were transported with haste to the winery where they were destemmed and pressed immediately to minimize skin contact. The racked juice was inoculated with yeast and fermented at 12° C for 3 weeks. The wine was racked, stabilized, filtered and bottled without fining. 

呈現典型的馬爾堡風土特色與白蘇維濃品種特性，釋放黑、白醋栗與繽紛百香果氣息。口感飽滿，餘韻綿長，鮮活的酸度與醋栗、礦石等元素入喉後持久不散，為一款力與美兼容並蓄的佳釀。
This wine has classic Marlborough pungency and varietal definition. There are aromas of white and blackcurrants and plenty of passion fruit. The palate is full, and finishes with fresh acidity and currant and mineral characters that linger for minutes. While it is a powerful wine, it also has elegance.
